After researching the market for an alternative to bitumen reinforced membranes, which could provide an equally long lasting roofing solution and be applied without the use of heat - EPDM was the natural choice. EPDM, although relatively new to us has in fact been around since the 1960’s. It was first installed on the Pentagon in the United States of America and this roof is still serviceable today, in fact tests have shown that there is at least 30 years life remaining.
We pride ourselves on the installation of high quality products, which offer good value for money and long lasting protection. All of our staff have been properly trained to install EPDM roofing systems and we are approved contractors for Firestone EPDM roofing systems. All of our EPDM roofing systems are finished with an attractive metal perimeter and are strong enough for frequent foot traffic, making them particularly suited to balcony systems where paving or tiling might be applied. It is also flexible enough to be used on sloped roof areas. This makes EPDM a flexible solution for both residential and commercial customers alike.
