After researching the market for an alternative to bitumen reinforced membranes, which could provide a longer life and be applied without the use of heat - EPDM was the natural choice. EPDM, although relatively new to us has in fact been around since the 1960’s. It was first installed on the Pentagon in the United States of America and this roof is still serviceable today, in fact tests have shown that there is at least 30 years life remaining.
We believe that EPDM really is the only alternative to bitumen reinforced membranes with a proven 40 year life expectancy. Here are just some of the benefits of an EPDM roofing system:

- It has a 40 year proven life expectancy with a guarantees of between 10 and 35 years
