Garage flat roof replacement

One of the jobs we undertook this week was a garage flat roof replacement. We recommended EPDM as the best roof covering as it has long lasting and durable properties, whilst being recommended by Greenpeace as a best value sustainable eco-sound roofing material.
The customer was converting their garage into a living space, so we also upgraded the insulation in line with part L building regulations and replaced the roofline to the perimeter of the building.
