Our Roof Asset Management Plan for Commercial Properties

At RG Leverett we take on roofing jobs, big or small. We will happily inspect and repair the roof on a small residential property, but we also work on huge commercial roofs that are often composite in nature. In order to get the most accurate assessment of the roofs of these large commercial properties, we put into place our Roof Asset Management Plan. Here’s how it works:


The Three Step Roof Asset Management Plan


  1. Assessment. Our initial assessment comprises of a comprehensive inspection of your roof. Our experts will take measurements, collect samples and create a photographic record of your roof.
  2. Risk Matrix. Large commercial buildings will likely have a composite roof made of different roofs installed at different times and in different states of repair. The risk matrix outlines which of these require immediate repairs and which are still in good condition.
  3. Action Plan. If immediate repairs are needed, we will guide you through the most appropriate course of action for each sector identified in the risk matrix.

We have worked on the roofs of big public sector buildings such as schools, colleges and hospitals. We have done major refurbishments to roofs of buildings employed in the retail sector, including Tesco and Sainsbury. We also have experience working in the industrial and agricultural sectors.
