We have worked hard to develop and maintain our good reputation as honest, fair and responsible contractors, providing a high quality and efficient service at competitive rates. The five steps outlined below will take you through the process of replacing your flat roof.

The Five Steps

Free no obligation survey of your flat roof

You can contact us by telephone, email or in writing. We always aim to ensure that someone is in the office to answer your telephone call. If for any reason we can’t take your call straight away, we will always aim to call you back the same day. When you contact us, we will arrange for one of our experienced tradesmen to call to inspect your roof area at a mutually convenient date and time.

Detailed written quotation within 72 hours

Once we have visited your property and inspected the roof area, we will arrange for a written report or quotation to be posted to your property within 72 hours of the visit to your property. If we are unable to meet these timescales for any reason, we will telephone you to let you the reason and when you can expect to receive your quotation. Where it is necessary, or if you request it, we can take digital photographs of the roof area to send with your quotation.

If there is anything that you are unclear about, or you decide that you would like to discuss any aspects of the quotation further, you can contact us by telephone, email or in writing and we will respond to your queries straight away. If necessary, we will revisit your property to talk to you in more detail.

Booking a date for the work to be completed

If you decide to accept our quotation, we will book a mutually convenient date and time in the future for the work to be carried out. We always endeavour to get the works completed as soon as possible so of course, if your roof is leaking and you are in need of our services urgently, we will do our best to prioritise you accordingly.

If we are unable to carry out the work to your roof on the designated date and time, for instance, if inclement weather conditions prevent us from working, we always do our best to let you know as soon as we can in advance, so as to cause minimal inconvenience to you.

Completing the work

Our skilled and experienced roofers will arrive at your property at the agreed date and time in a sign written R G Leverett Ltd vehicle. All staff will all be wearing an R G Leverett Ltd uniform, so that they can be easily identified. The work will all be completed to a high standard by professional, polite and courteous tradesmen. Once the work is completed you will have the opportunity to inspect the roof area.

Payment

An invoice which contains details of the work that has been completed, the costs and the guarantee will be posted to you following completion of the work. Usually, we ask for payment from our customers within 30 days, which is standard accounting practice. If you have asked us to arrange for an insurance backed guarantee for your roofing work, we will arrange for this to be sent to you as soon as we have received payment for the roofing works.
