1. Fascia supports the guttering and protects the rafters from the weather.
2. Bargeboard protects the gable end of your house sealing the verge. Both the Bargeboard and Fascias that we use are manufactured from 22mm solid board, which is 6mm thicker than that which the majority of our competitors use. This extra thickness ensures that they are long lasting and durable, reducing expansion and contraction problems more effectively than some of the thinner materials.
3. Soffit protects the area underneath the rafters from the weather.
4. Cladding is fitted to existing timbers. A waterproof membrane is installed in between the cladding and timber to give further protection.
