Our 5 Step Customer Service Pledge

We take customer service incredibly seriously. Having worked hard to develop a reputation as an honest, fair and responsible contractor, we are keen to make sure we maintain it. To ensure we do, we have established a five step customer service pledge, outlined below, which guides you through the process of replacing your roof.

1 - Survey

A free, no obligation survey of your roof

You can contact us by telephone, email or in writing. We always aim to ensure that someone is in the office to take your call, but if we can't take your call straight away we always aim to call you back the same day. When you contact us, we will arrange for one of our experienced roofers to arrange a mutually convenient date and time to visit your property and carry out an inspection of your roof.

2 - Quote

A detailed written quotation within 72 hours

Having inspected your roof area, we will arrange for a written report and quotation to be posted to you within 72 hours of the survey being carried out. If for any reason we are unable to meet these timescales, we will telephone you to let you know the reason and when you can expect to receive it. Where necessary, or should you request it, we can include photographs detailing the results of the survey. If there are any elements of quotation you would like to discuss in more detail, we are happy to respond to any queries by telephone, email or in writing and should you wish can revisit your property to discuss it with you.

3 - Booking a date

Booking a date to carry out the work

Upon acceptance of our quotation we will arrange a mutually convenient time and date for the work to be carried out. We always endeavour to complete the work as soon as possible and where our services are urgently required, such as in the case of a leaking roof, we will do our utmost to prioritise you accordingly. In the event that it is not possible to carry out the work on the designated date and time, such as in case of bad weather, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity so as to cause minimal inconvenience to you.

4 - Completing the work

Completing the work

Our skilled and experienced roofers will arrive at your property at the agreed date and time in a sign written RG Leverett Ltd vehicle. All of our staff will be wearing branded uniforms, so that they can be easily identified. You can expect all work to be completed to a high standard, in a professional, polite and courteous manner. Upon completion of the work, you will be invited to inspect the roof area.

5 - Payment

Payment

We never ask for payment in advance of commencing work. Once the work has been completed, we will post an invoice containing details of the work we have carried out, the costs and your guarantee. We usually ask that customers settle payment within 30 days and you can expect receive details of any insurance back guarantee upon receipt of payment.
