RG Leverett were contracted by Ortana Property, on behalf of their client, to carry out the refurbishment of the roof structure on this domestic property.
Upon arrival, we removed the existing roof covering - all of which was disposed of via appropriate waste recycling facilities.
In its place we installed a new modern breather membrane and treated timber graded battens. Having been able to salvage many of the old tiles, these were reused in the new covering. Where it was necessary to replace aged or broken tiles, we sourced good quality reclaimed tiles to fill the gaps.
