Slate Roof Replacement for Terraced House in Norwich

RG Leverett undertook a roof replacement at a large terraced house in the centre of Norwich. The front section of the roof was covered with slate, whilst the rear was covered with pan tiles.

Once the old roof structure had been removed, it was recovered with a new modern breather membrane and fresh battens. We were fortunate that many of the existing tiles were in excellent condition and these were checked, stacked and refitted where possible.

To finish, we added beautiful lead hips, along with an ornamental clay ridge, to the slate roof, which really adds to the overall look of the property.
