Sandtoft Neo Clay Pantile Roof Installation - Blakeney

We were recently approached by construction company, Overton Limited, to carry out a full roof installation on a new five-bedroom property in the North Norfolk village of Blakeney.

The new home is set on the site of a former property and is being designed to complement the character of the surrounding area - including its traditional flint cobbles and sympathetic design choices. Whilst the house is contemporary in feel, it sits beautifully among the older buildings nearby - a balance that extends right through to the roof.

Our team worked closely with Overton Limited on the roofing structure. The installation included the fitting of treated timber battens, a high-performance Tyvek breather membrane, Code 4 leads in all valleys, and full lead flashings. As part of the installation we also installed a number of bespoke dormer windows, helping to bring natural light into the upper rooms while adding character to the roofline.

The project was completed with the use of Sandtoft Neo pantiles in Flanders. This is a smart, modern clay tile that combines traditional aesthetics with an easy-to-fit interlocking design.
