Sandtoft Neo Tuscan Pantile Roof Replacement - Booton, Norwich

RG Leverett were approached to carry out a full roof replacement on this property at Booton, near Norwich.

All of the existing roof tiles were removed, and we installed new battens and a breather membrane. An insulated membrane was also fitted at the eaves to improve the energy efficiency of the property.

Once this preparation was complete, the good-quality original tiles were refitted to the front elevation of the property, while the rear was renewed using Sandtoft Neo Tuscan pantiles. These tiles combine the installation benefits of a concrete tile with the traditional appearance of clay. Thanks to their interlocking design, they are quick to fit and ensure long-term durability and performance.

In addition, the clay ridge was replaced and essential leadwork repairs carried out around the chimney.
